Introduction of RTTS packer
The RTTS Packer with full opening is a hookwall type packer. The feature of full opening permits pumping large volumes of fluid with a minimum pressure drop, and allows the passage of a through tubing type perforating gun, which helps make the tool usable for multiple operations with one trip in the hole-such as perforate, test, treat, squeeze, perforate, etc.
Generally, the tool string is composed of a packer body assembly and circulating valve assembly ,also it may includes a safety joint.
Features and Benefits
• The full-opening design of the RTTS packer allows large volumes of fluid to pump through the tool.
Tubing-type guns and wireline tools can be run through the packer.
• The packer can be set and relocated as many times as necessary with simple tubing manipulation.
• Tungsten carbide slips provide greater holding ability and improved wear resistance in high-strength casing.
